Welcome to plannF. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information that is received and collected by plannF and how it is used.

1. Data Collection and Local Storage

By default, plannF operates in a local-first mode. When you use the free version of the application, all of your financial data, projections, and scenarios are stored exclusively within your browser's local storage (localStorage). We do not collect, transmit, or store this financial data on our servers.

2. Cloud Sync and Premium Accounts

If you upgrade to a Premium account and enable Cloud Sync, we collect and store the data necessary to provide this service. This includes:

• Account Information: Your email address and authentication credentials (managed via Supabase).
• Financial Data: Your scenarios, profiles, and projection data are encrypted and stored in our database solely for the purpose of syncing across your devices.

We will never sell, rent, or monetize your financial data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for essential application functionality:

• Authentication & Database: We use Supabase for user authentication and cloud data storage.
• Payments: We use secure payment processors (like Razorpay or Stripe) to handle subscription billing. We do not store your credit card details.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies and basic analytics (such as Google Analytics or Plausible) to understand how visitors interact with our landing page and app. This helps us improve the user experience. You can disable cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. You can initiate this from your account settings, or by contacting our support team.
