You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Once cancelled, you will retain access to the Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not prorate cancellations.
We offer a free Basic Plan so you can evaluate the product before deciding to upgrade. Because you have the opportunity to test the core features for free, all Premium subscription charges are final and non-refundable once processed.
In exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate billing errors or technical failures on our end that prevented you from using the service, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of the charge if you believe you have been billed in error.
You can use our Basic Plan indefinitely at no cost. No credit card is required to use the free tier.
Upon the expiration of your Premium subscription, your account will revert to the Free tier. Your cloud data will be preserved for a grace period, but you will only be able to access local-storage features and a single baseline scenario until you resubscribe.
